The Foundation has no shareholders. Voting trustees hold the four platform tokens in trust on behalf of the Family and direct the Foundation's research, governance, and grant-making. The roster is intentionally small.

How the Foundation governs

Voting trustees, not shareholders.

The Foundation is a Zimbabwe Companies Limited by Guarantee. Trustees vote on mission, on platform-token policy, and on how the four tokens (MIT, MXT, NST, NHC) get operated by Nyuchi Africa. The structure is deliberately uncomfortable for capital: the entity setting the mission is not the entity booking the revenue.
